Lei Xia Founder & CEO
Lei Xia is Founder & CEO of ICZOOM. Lei'svision for ICZOOM is to use data and technology to modernize the electronic components market. Lei, along with COO & Co-Founder Darrow Liu, launched ICZOOM in 2012, with the goal of establishing an eCommerce exchange platform that uses transparency to deliver commodity pricing.
Lei brings with him 25+ years of experience in the electronics industry and a strong understanding of the industry eco-system, supply chain and legacy problems. Lei began his career as a management trainee at Arrow Electronics at their New York headquarters, and eventually became a senior sales manager for Arrow in Shanghai. Throughout his career, Lei found it surprising that an efficient market did not existing an industry with such a short product lifecycle (~ 18–24 months for most electronic components). This industry problem inspired Lei & Darrow to unite and develop a disruptive technology-driven solution for the industry.
In addition to beginning his career at Arrow Electronics, Lei also worked at NEFAB China, and RGL Beijing in the 1990s. He has a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama.
Darrow Liu COO & Co-Founder
Darrow Liu is COO & Co-Founder of ICZOOM. Darrow brings to the organization her leadership, operations, and technical skills, and over 17 years of experience in the electronics & technology industries. She manages the day-to-dayoperations of the company, including sales, marketing, procurement, warehousing, customs, finance and logistics.
Darrow previously served as the CEO of Chenhuake Technology Development Ltd, and also as CEO of Unibel Technology Limited. Prior to that, she also served as a major account manager at Dragon (Hong Kong) Electronics Limited. Darrow has an Executive MBA from Tsinghua University.
