Allegro’s QuietMotion family offers the first-to-market field-oriented control (FOC) brushless DC (BLDC) motor controllers that are customer code-free. The devices are designed to provide reliable and efficient low-audible noise performance while reducing design cycle time with simple parameter settings through easy-to-use GUI.

　　The AMT49406 is an ideal solution for applications that demand high efficiency and low-acoustic noise such as pole and ceiling fans, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, air purifiers, and exhaust fans. With its embedded proprietary windowless sinusoidal algorithm and soft-on-soft-start algorithms, the AMT49406 provides reliable, industry-leading audible noise performance.

　　The A89301 offers ultra-quiet operation as well as additional flexibility and programmable features for premium appliances, such as high-end appliance fans, high-end ceiling fans, and air purifiers. The A89301 is specifically targeted at systems with low speed requirements.

　　The AMT49400 windowless sinusoidal fan driver with integrated MOSFETs achieves the reduction of audible fan noise, which is a key measure of success as electronics become further integrated into all living spaces. The AMT49400 is targeted specifically at 12 V fans used in desktop computers, all-in-one computers, GPU/CPU cooling fans, and appliance fans.
